Located near Newtyle in Angus, Tayside, this stunning self catering holiday cottage sits in an attractive garden, and enjoys lovely views over a peaceful valley surrounded by mature woodlands.

Clushmill Cottage has been newly refurbished to the highest standards and is superbly equipped and furnished to a 5 Star grade (Visit Scotland award pending). It has three bedrooms and bathrooms to allow guests every comfort.

It is the perfect place in which to relax and unwind. The facilities include a large garden, hot tub, decking, garden furniture, barbecue, and ample off-road parking.

A newly built conservatory allows guests to enjoy beautiful views in winter and summer alike. The cottage is heated with eco-friendly under floor heating and double glazed to provide a cosy and snug environment regardless of the season.

• Lounge
  The lounge is large and stylish. A wood burning stove, comfy sofas and chairs, attractive antiques, ornaments, pictures and books all combine to give this room a homely appeal. Entertainment is provided by a 32 in LCD television with a home cinema sound system - just right for watching your favourite DVD on a rainy day!
• Kitchen / Conservatory
  The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances and every 'mod con' imaginable. It forms part of a large sunny conservatory with additional seating for quieter moments and a beautiful Italian dining table and six chairs, all overlooking the south-facing garden. French doors lead to the garden and hot tub.
• Master Bedroom
  Overlooking the back garden, the master bedroom has a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can become two singles on request) and a built-in wardrobe. The large ensuite bathroom has a free standing Victorian style bath, wc, wash basin with vanity unit and a separate shower cubicle.
• Bedroom Two
  This slightly smaller bedroom has southerly views over the garden, a king-size zip-and-link bed (or twins by arrangement) and a built-in wardrobe. There is a light and airy bathroom adjoining equipped with bath, shower attachment, wc and wash basin.
• Bedroom Three
  This delightfully furnished double bedroom also has a zip-and-link king-size bed (or twins by arrangement). It is located on the south side of the cottage and has an ensuite bathroom with shower over bath.
